I'm really not a good blogger as I don't have the right discipline to update my own blog from time to time. Many things are changed now and I'm starting to lose more thing lately with the busy work load I'm having now. When I read all the posts I had wrote before, it seems like it was ages ago and actually, it is one year back and how much things have changed since then.
I'm very sure this is not the life I wanted at all and changes must be made by next year when Transformation project is completed. I feel tired to run on the career path and I would like to walk instead. I need more time for my friends and family which has highger priority in work.
As I said, I must complete the project before I can pursue the roles that I would like to have within my company.
